Black Sea Crop Concerns Send Wheat Prices Higher Monday

July contracts of all three wheats closed sharply higher Monday, supported
by increasing concerns over crop conditions in the Black Sea region and another
forecast for rain in western Europe. December corn closed up 7 3/4 cents and
November soybeans were up 13 1/2 cents, supported by Monday's higher wheat
prices and by their own crop concerns in early 2024.
